2. Pumpkin Muffins. This is the easiest recipe I’ve ever made! I sometimes feel like “cheating” using a box mix, but this recipe is great when you’re in a hurry and the extra ingredients really doctor it up. This is perfect when need to make something quick! 3. Baked Applesauce. I don’t know about you, but the fall season always has me yearning for anything apples! This is a baked recipe, so you don’t have to worry about cutting your apples perfectly! And your house will smell delicious! 4. Pumpkin Spice Coffee/Mocha. Skip the overpriced pumpkin lattes and make your own. Control the ingredients and your pocketbook!
